By accessing or using automated-trading.ch (operated as a sole proprietorship based in Switzerland, "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or its products.

Description of Service

automated-trading.ch provides automated trading indicators, strategies, and developer tools for NinjaTrader 8, Quantower, and cTrader, along with historical performance reports based on backtested and/or live trading data. Products are made available under Free, Premium, or Elite subscription tiers as described on our Pricing page.

Trading Risk Disclaimer

Trading financial instruments carries significant risk of loss. Past performance, including any backtested or historical results shown on this site, is not indicative of future results. We do not provide investment advice, and we do not guarantee any level of profit or that our strategies will pass any prop trading firm's evaluation or challenge. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, depending on the plan) via Stripe or PayPal. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, with no additional steps required.

Refund policy: all subscription payments are final. Subscriptions are non-refundable; you may cancel at any time to stop future billing, and access continues until the end of your current billing period.

License to Use Products

Subject to these Terms and your active subscription (where applicable), we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use our products for your own trading activity. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share your license or downloaded products with any third party.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to: reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any product where not explicitly provided; circumvent any licensing or access control mechanism; use the service for any unlawful purpose; or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

Intellectual Property

All products, content, branding, and materials on this site are the property of automated-trading.ch or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, automated-trading.ch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including trading losses, arising from your use of the site or its products. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
